This allowed efficient interoffice dialing and call transfer between facilities. We also created a private phone system with redundant gateways at each facility for local failover. Finally, we implemented wireless communications systems and technology for all medical staff. The result was a 35% savings on monthly telephony expenses and reduced maintenance costs associated with their reduction in hardware needs.


For a South Florida financial institution with 7 remote branches, CPT was able to implement both unified communications and redundant failover solutions.
